Allow the user to filter contacts or companies with lists. If a company is associated with multiple lists allow the search to include and functionality, where if they're in both lists then they show up. Alternatively with or they could be on any list elected.

Thanks Jack! It's great to see this feature request moving forward.

I searched for companies of 11-50 employees, then 51-200, should these yield different companies or does 51-200 include all smaller ones as well? The companies and contacts are almost identical even with the different size filter being used. The response I got from a specialist was that the filters work in an "and/or" logic meaning. Does this "feature-in-progress" change that as well?
